Payment Terms
Pacific Ponds Plus accepts MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Bank
Transfers for International orders. All orders are to be prepaid before shipping.
Returns
If there is any damage due to delivery notify the delivery carrier
immediately and request an inspection, customer must initiate a claim with the carrier.
Undamaged goods may be returned for a credit if they are unused and
in their original packaging. However there will be a 20% restocking fee charged to all
returns unless the return is for warranty or resulted in an error by Pacific Ponds Plus.
Before any products are returned customer must contact us first with a identifiable
legitimate reason for its return, unfortunately there is no return on any electrical
products unless it is warranty.
Cost for shipping of any returns of a product is the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Prices
All pricing are in Canadian Dollars excluding applicable taxes. We
have attempted to provide the most up to date pricing and they are subject to change
without notice.
Shipping
Most of the items are in stock and when ordered will be shipped
either the same day or next business day. If any product that is ordered and not carried
in stock usually only takes anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to be ordered in and are
then shipped out as soon as possible. Here at Pacific Ponds Plus we use the most
economical means of shipping orders to our customers. Most orders are shipped via Canada
Post or by Courier Company for larger items, i.e.: filter media, tanks and liners.
Before buying and using any of our products, the buyer and user
shall determine the suitability of the product or products for their intended use and
shall assume all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
